He is also the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Waratah.
Philip joined Waratah in May 2022. Prior to joining Waratah, Philip worked as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary at West Face Capital Inc., a Toronto-based alternative investment fund manager. He also worked at UBS Securities Canada and other hedge fund advisers, and at Torys LLP.
Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. He is also a CFA charter holder.
