Cameron Henry is the former Managing Director of Primero Group Limited, an engineering and construction company. He has led the strategic and operational direction of Primero since its inception in 2011, including through its ASX listing in 2018 and the takeover transaction with ASX-listed NRW Holdings in 2020. Primero has grown extensively under his leadership to encompass operations in several geographic regions with annual revenues of approximately A$500 million. He has over 20 years of industry experience in the development and delivery of minerals processing, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia, Indonesia, North and South America and is recognized as a global expert of lithium mining and processing. Cameron has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2013 and is a non-executive director of ASX-listed resource companies Green Technology Metals and RareX Limited.
